For custom development and design services:

  • If work has not yet begun, you may cancel and receive a full refund

  • No refunds are available once the project is completed and delivered

3.2 Maintenance and Support Services

For ongoing maintenance and support services:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Refunds for unused portions of the subscription period may be available on a case-by-case basis
  • No refunds for services already rendered

For online courses and educational content:

  • Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you have accessed less than 20% of the course content
  • No refunds after 14 days or if more than 20% of the course has been accessed
  • Refunds may be issued if the course content is significantly different from the description
